Tariff is per person in a fully occupied room, and includes cooked English breakfast.
Single occupancy of a double room is charged at 80% of adult double occupancy rate.
£3 per person is added for one-night stays, to cover the extra room servicing.
We may charge the greater of one night or 20% of total stay for cancellation less than one week before reserved arrival date and if we are unable to re-let the room.
No reductions can be made for breakfast not taken, bed not used or early departure.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, except by prior arrangement.
